I figure shoot for 20 a day, but an any given day do more if you have the time. That way you won't feel like you've "failed" if you miss a higher minute quota.

I think it's the same principle with dieters. The "Oops, I cheated big time today so I've failed and can't diet anymore." We have to change that mentality to acknowledge that a slip up doesn't mean ending the program.Kathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04420458445442482137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7011714312433909301.post-80708003595054435702009-10-05T05:33:58.846-07:002009-10-05T05:33:58.846-07:00My husband and I are eating much more healthy food...My husband and I are eating much more healthy foods lately. We still aren't doing much in the way of exercise. It's hard to exercise while sitting in front of a sewing machine.juliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12423393733607579888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7011714312433909301.post-82953606570198851742009-10-04T19:04:24.370-07:002009-10-04T19:04:24.370-07:00Oh yeh, I get your logic. Unfortunately, my middle age body doesn't respond nicely to what I'm giving it. Good luck to you.gwensewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05809115166600229262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7011714312433909301.post-26146668100651477412009-10-04T17:55:54.436-07:002009-10-04T17:55:54.436-07:00Hang in there and I really admire perseverance.
