But Wow! I am sure glad I sew! We went out to dinner last night for Father's day and after dinner we went over to the mall as my Hunny needed some tools from Sears. We headed down to the restrooms before shopping, which are located in women's wear. I was browsing, idea shopping really when I pulled out the Butterick Maggy London twist dress. Having mad the dress, I was very familiar with the cut and construction. It was exactly the same, in fact one of them appeared to be made of the same black and white knit as the pattern envelope! I waited for my husband to get out of the bathroom and asked him if he recognized the dress. He was amazed and astounded when I showed him the $60.00 price tag! Makes me want to go buy more fabric...Yeah!!!
