I was a busy girl yesterday and made some "interesting" stuff. Disclaimer: Don't read on if you are easily offended or an impressionable young person Oh yeah, don't look if your name is Bryce (not that I think he is a regular reader of my blog). Sara, you can look, but only if you promise not to tell...
I made up this little design in Embird and then I got a wicked idea how to use it. Sometimes I crack myself up. The bag is made of this super soft suede fabric and is fully lined with a cotton flannel. The top is securely closed with velcro with a tabbed clasp that can clip to a golf bag. We'll see if he has "the balls" to use it! Tom nearly laughed til he cried when he saw it, so I hope Bryce will be equally amused! It really was quite simple. I took two squares for the body of the bag and ran a seam down the middle with Lastin (clear elastic) to get that puckery effect. I then rounded the bottom corners and sewed around. Repeat for the lining, sandwich them together and then add your topping. Voila...ball bag! I made a couple other Christmas related items yesterday, as well as finished a UFO top. I have 2 more UFOs to clear up today and then it is on to more Christmas presents. I had this great idea to make key chain mini hand sanitizer holders and tissue cases for my friends and coworkers. I thought this would be a nice nursy type gift and something I have not done before. I have done bags and bracelets before, but really struggle to come up with something unique. I also need to come up with an idea for the volunteer lucheon gift, as I am always tapped to do that because I evidently am the creative one in our office. That's always kind of fun (shhh, don't tell Bel I like it!) and the volunteers are so great in our organization...I like to do something special for them. Well, I better get off my hiney and get my exercise out of the way so I can get creating...want to be done by Project Runway tonight!!!

That's a terrific and very funny gift!
That is hysterical! I hope that he enjoys it. I know that my uncle, who is an avid golfer, would get a huge kick out of something like that.
OK, that is funny. I hope he has the balls to use it.
I will definitely get a pic of him using it...even if I have to snap it onto his bag when he isn't looking!! :)
Awesome!!! I think it most appropriate for the old Grey Wolf!
That is so cute! What a great sense of humor.
