Mine is slightly elevated for the first time ever! Eeeeiiii! I am really being careful about what i eat. I need to get moving too. I've used my foot surgery as an excuse long enough. Good luck!
Good luck to you. Because of the same thing, I go to Weight Watchers, and walk 3 miles a day. It's difficult and time consuming, but I suppose we have to say "what price health"?
